Hand-Cut Caramels

Butter, cream, and organic cane sugar cooked slowly in a copper kettle until the sugar turns the color of a fir cone, then poured, cooled overnight, and cut by hand. Soft enough to fold, firm enough to survive a jacket pocket.

Boxes are made up fresh for each market and go quickly. To reserve one, send us a note by the Thursday before.

How to Buy

We sell in person at farmers markets throughout Western Washington. We take cash, all major cards, and contactless payment at the booth. We do not sell online yet — but if you want something set aside, email us and we will hold it under the table with your name on it.
